Important Notice
Blockchain activity is public by default.
Wallet addresses, transfers, listings, swaps, badge claims, and similar on-chain actions may be publicly visible through explorers, indexers, and the Gholong interface. If you do not want your activity linked to a public wallet address, do not use a wallet in a way that reveals personal identity information.
What We Collect
Gholong may process wallet addresses, transaction hashes, blockchain activity, uploaded collection files, metadata, media files, leaderboard and reward events, marketplace events, Fan Token hook data, and messages submitted into community features such as Locker Room feeds.
Wallet Data
When you connect a wallet, Gholong may read public blockchain data tied to that wallet, including balances, ownership state, points, staking state, listings, trades, and reward eligibility. Wallet addresses are public blockchain identifiers and should be treated as publicly visible activity data.
Uploads And Metadata
If you launch a collection or upload project assets, Gholong may process collection ZIP files, metadata, media, project names, symbols, Fan Token references, and related creator input. Uploaded files may be pinned or distributed through third-party storage providers used by the project.
How Data Is Used
Data is used to operate the launchpad, metadata delivery, marketplace, exchange, analytics, squads, leaderboards, reward flows, wallet checks, and related support or operational features. Public blockchain events may also be indexed to improve performance and user visibility across the application.
Third-Party Services
Gholong may rely on third-party providers for wallet connection, blockchain RPC access, storage, media delivery, analytics support, and indexing. Those services may process data according to their own terms and privacy notices.
Public Activity
Many actions on Gholong are public by design because they rely on blockchain transactions or public collection metadata. Mints, swaps, listings, purchases, claims, and wallet-linked actions may be visible on-chain and through application interfaces that display indexed protocol activity.
Restricted Regions
Gholong is not intended for users in jurisdictions where access to cryptocurrency or digital asset services is prohibited or materially restricted. This includes, without limitation, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Crimea region of Ukraine, the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and jurisdictions with material local restrictions such as Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Nepal, Qatar, Morocco, Algeria, Iraq, and Tunisia. In addition, unless and until Gholong explicitly confirms regulatory readiness for those markets, the service should also be treated as unavailable to persons in the United States and the United Kingdom. If access is not lawful where you are located, do not use the service.
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for the data you submit, the wallet you connect, and the lawfulness of your use of the platform in your jurisdiction. Do not upload material you do not have the right to use, and do not use Gholong from a location where digital asset activity is restricted or prohibited.
