Terms & Conditions

Use of Gholong is subject to lawful access and user responsibility.

These terms describe the basic conditions for using the Gholong application, protocol interfaces, and related services. By accessing or using Gholong, you agree that you are responsible for compliance with the laws that apply to you and for reviewing every transaction before signing.

Restricted Access Notice

Not for regions where crypto activity is restricted.

If cryptocurrency, tokenized collectibles, blockchain trading, digital asset custody, or related services are restricted or prohibited in your country or region, you must not use Gholong. The platform is intended only for users who can lawfully access these services in their jurisdiction.

Eligibility

You may use Gholong only if you are legally able to access digital asset products under the laws that apply to you. By using the protocol, the application, or connected services, you confirm that your wallet activity, trading activity, minting activity, and related participation are lawful where you are located.

Restricted Regions

Gholong is not offered to, intended for, or directed at persons in any country, territory, or region where cryptocurrency, digital asset trading, tokenized collectibles, or similar blockchain activity is prohibited, restricted, sanctioned, or requires licensing that has not been obtained for that market. This includes, without limitation, comprehensively sanctioned or embargoed jurisdictions and occupied regions such as Cuba, Iran, North Korea, the Crimea region of Ukraine, and the so-called Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, as well as jurisdictions with material local restrictions on crypto activity such as Bangladesh, Bolivia, China, Nepal, Qatar, Morocco, Algeria, Iraq, and Tunisia. In addition, unless and until Gholong explicitly confirms regulatory readiness for those markets, the service should also be treated as unavailable to persons in the United States and the United Kingdom. This list is illustrative rather than exhaustive, and users remain responsible for confirming the lawfulness of access in their own location.

Self-Custody

Users interact through self-custodied or embedded wallets. You remain responsible for wallet security, private key security, seed phrases, transaction review, gas funding, and confirmation of destination addresses before signing any transaction.

Protocol Risk

Gholong includes bonding-curve minting, marketplace trading, MeFT token swaps, sell-back flows, points, badges, fee discounts, and community reward features. Digital assets are volatile and transactions may lose value. Buying or minting an NFT does not guarantee resale, profit, liquidity, or future reward eligibility.

Marketplace And Redemption

Marketplace listings are user-initiated and settle only when another participant buys the listed NFT. Sell-back and redemption paths operate only when the relevant collection state, liquidity conditions, and contract rules allow them. Not every asset path is available at every stage of a collection lifecycle.

No Financial Advice

Gholong provides software, interfaces, and protocol access. Nothing on the platform is investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, or a promise of return. Users should obtain independent advice where appropriate.

User Content

Creators are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and ownership of uploaded artwork, metadata, trademarks, club imagery, athlete likenesses, and community materials. You must not upload content you do not have the right to use.

Availability

The application may change, pause, upgrade, or temporarily become unavailable. Smart contract routes, wallet integrations, uploads, analytics, and third-party dependencies may also change over time. Users should verify transaction details against the current deployed contracts and visible interface state.

Practical Reminder

Before using Gholong, make sure you understand your local rules, wallet responsibilities, and the specific state of the collection you are interacting with. Always review collection status, pricing, listing state, swap output, and contract actions before confirming a transaction.
